Counsel to Public and Private Real Estate Development and Holding Companies in respect to Acquisitions, Dispositions and Development Financing of all types of real estate assets. Most recently he has acted for the province of Alberta in respect to the negotiation and structuring of the agreements facilitating the construction and operations of Phase I and Phase II of the new Calgary Law Courts.
